Something by Topeak or Lazynene is a safe bet. I've a topeak micro rocket (orsomething by that name) its a tiny wee thing but its apt for my needs, touchwood.

Never found a mini-pump that was worth squit until I got a Lezyne Road Drive.
Not cheap, but they do work extraordinarily well.

Having lost one recently, my top tip is to get one with some sort of fastening in addition to the clips - velcro or similar.
