Has anyone else noticed that the background to live interviews is the same recorded footage repeated over and over ? I first noticed the attractive figure in the light blue dress exiting bottom left. When I kept noticing her I started looking out for the other players in the footage. Shortly after she exits a chap in a white T shirt with a rucksack enters the corridor top right.

These links are done from a studio in the basement of the news centre. I did a tour of Broadcasting House last year, a very interesting couple of hours, I would recommend it.

Another illusion shattered!

On new years eve I told a friend of mine that the Jools Holland programme is recorded about 10 days before. He was upset.

You should check out the big video 'feed' image of the Thames and London on The Andrew Marr show. Some of those boats passing under the bridges take ages - repeating loop?. Funny how the weather in London always looks OK on his show!.

If you keep watching the background on Beeb interviews from London, you will see 2 guys with backpacks keep walking in from the left of screen.

There's also a lady in a flesh coloured dress, who I thought was a streaker, until I put my glasses on!
