yes and it was pi$$ poor too. Why do they send out idiots that clearly understand nothing about the issues involved to interview .?
A lot of money has been allocated to increasing cyclists and cycling safety and apart from a few 'pay a pound an hour' bikes being distributed that is all that has been achieved in a year.
The longer it goes on with nothing practical being implemented by BCC to improve safety for cyclists the more expensive it is going to be in the long run and the less will be achieved with the money.
Still lets look on the bright side. There are a few bikes that can be hired for £1.00 an hour . Can't think how there could be sufficient convenient places to hire them and drop them off-hire to make them economical though
