Still disturbing the usual general anti-cycling remarks "so they deserve it" attitude that MB read out . Fortunately they didn't have any of these nutters actually speaking. Fortunately the only people speaking were cyclists. Perhaps the BBC has realised it cannot act as a platform for these nutters inciting criminal behaviour, serious assault or attempted murder.

But MB ended on the side of cyclists if you can call it on the side of cyclists highlighting the horrific nature of these attacks. Toward the end they had a woman caller who said a wire had been stretched across an approach to an underpass causing injury to her husband who fortunately survived due to his helmet strap and thicker winter clothing giving him some protection from the wire. Horrific.

On balance worth listening to as the message it gives is that these senseless attacks are more frequent than people realise and many are rather nasty and serious.

And the car driver using his horn when cyclists are riding two-abreast

Item started well, but the usual 'cycling backlash'

Might give it a listen later. Heard a bit before going for lunch and it sounded like a lot of cyclists phoning in saying about some of the shoot they've had to put up with.

Didn't get a chance to laugh at any moron's remarks.
