Ah, but....... is that clipless? 5 minutes on your arse at each junction will bring the average speed right down!!!

yes that is clipless, lots of junctions as well. I have cleats but theyre not the usual clips and are very difficult to clip in and out. Still dont feel confident enough to use them although I know they would help me out alot. Thanks for all the kind comments
