Hey....

...been starting to think some company would be great on the road...

I'm a runner so reasonably fit but still new to cycling.

Working different shifts at the mo but mostly out on the bike Sun, Mon, Tue and some evenings for shorter spins.

Not fussy who ye are and distance/pace negotiable!
