Today i went round the Pump,n,Jump Mountain Bike Track in Bellsmyre, it is short - approx 1.6km and although it would make a good introduction for novice riders it does have a few technical features, most of the turns are quirte sharp, a few have berms and there are 2 x 2 double humps and 3 drop-offs(approx 30cm)
