I take a glance at the weather report every morning on the BBC. Recently, I've been looking at the weather on the Guardian's site, and I think it's more accurate.

Where do you get your morning weather info from (assuming you do! I have every respect for those who answer "through the window")?

To be honest all I check though is the temperature so I know what to wear.

I tend to find that the met office gives a more reliable forecast than other sites I've used. The BBC is quite good too but isn't that accurate in the long term (mind you neither the met) if you don't listen to them and draw your own conclusions from their satellite but nothing beats a quick look out the window.

I'm a "through the window" person most of the time but check a marine forecast from the local port if planning some task which could become fraught if a wind sprang up.;)

I've got an external temperature gauge, and a look out the window to see if it is raining or not...

TBH..they have all had it a bit wrong this week - certainly at weekend it was supposed to be rubbish, but the 'low' in the Atlantic hasn't moved in as much. Been OK.

I'm fortunate to be high enough up to see the horizon for about 30 miles, so have a quick shufty, then get bike out of garage in t-shirt (and pants.....), tells me the temp.
