Bianchi E vertic X type first eMTB

Im about to pull the trigger on my first eMTB, ive got a regular hardtail mainly used for keeping fit and some fun in the forests.

This looks like the best deal for my budget, anyone have it ? Hoping it will help me get up some really big hills local to me.

How do you store the battery when not in use? Probably used 2-3 times a month during summer and in winter i go to other hobbies.

Anything i should know about maintenance? I generally do most myself if i can, gears hydrolic brakes etc

One thing is the tyres dont look great, so may get some better ones

Also can someone recommend a decent lock for outside coffe shops stops

That seems like an ok deal, the battery is 625wh so should be good for 50 - 75 miles depending on how you use it.

Generally speaking the battery never has less than 20-40% in it, I only charge it before a ride so its not stored with a charge, and always in the house whilst I'm in and awake (in a room with Heat detectors) is case of disaster. I know many people favour outside charging but the temperature extremes prevent that for now.

Tyres I wouldn't fret about, change them when the current ones wear out or before if you don't like them. For locks I'd always go for a Kryptonite Gold Rated, I use either a Series 2 or a New York but beware both are very heavy!
