Bib longs

Greetings
I'm after some bib longs ... cycle clothing sizing is notoriously wierd...
I'm 5'9", waist 35, chest 40, weight about 11st.
Any bib longs I can find online state for someone with my height I've also got a waist of 31 or 32, and a 36" chest... so, my question is, would height be the best guide, and just squeeze the rest of me in?

I got the large size dhb bib longs. I'm 5'11. Waist/chest size don't really come into it since the fabric is stretchy. So go for the height, I'd say.

i've got medium dhb and i'm 5'10/5'11", and the legs are plenty long enough.
