S'American, isn't it? Could tell by the use of the word "curb", "alleyways" and the fact they show a diagram of a balloon tyre (not tire!!) bike with use of the word "tire".

Bit confusing really, as it's advertized as the "don'ts" yet the first thing is to say ride on the right (which for the US, is correct), followed by a mix of do's and don'ts -so I suppose it's really just a list of rules and not a list of "don'ts".

I think the word tire was used in Britain and America but was changed in Britain to tyre when pneumatic tyres/tires were invented.
