Bicycle towing surboards in birmingham!

Was commuting into Birmingham along the main line canal this morning, by brindley place, and saw a tandem towing a trailer with 2 surboards on top! They were tourists on their way up to Scotland apparently. Fair play!

Thought you were going to say towing 2 guys on Surfboards on the canal then !

I used to tow (not at the same time) a Canoe, Sea kayak but most of the time I just used it for my play boat (Small Kayak). Grate fun

What time was this?

I cycled through Brindley Place on the canal this morning at 8.40 - just the normal brain dead pedestrians weaving all over the tow path and piles of sick on the steps up to Broad Street (always have to turn my head and hold my breath on that bit!!!!!)

This was about 9:15 this morning, they were negotiating the towpath gate near the old 'fiddle & bone' pub, heading towards smethwick, not near any sick..!
