As title, it won'y switch off as it used to/should do after a few mins of inactivity.

Taken battery out of display part, nearest thing to a reboot I could think of, no better.

It is 2 years old so maybe just run it's lot ?

Anyway tis only a minor problem, just thought someone may have had the same.

Badged Raleigh, wireless.

TIA

If it still works OK and doesn't use much more power than in its standby mode then keep it. If it's going to use too many batteries get a new one.

I have an 18 month old VDO C2 wired one with a slowly failing display and I've also been wondering if they're a fairly short life component. I've just decided it can go on until I can't interpret the information I want before it gets replaced.

Thanks for replies, it is still on original batteries so a change is an idea, I thought the demise of the battery would be signalled by something other than this, so might give that a go.

Don't think it is an echo, no switch on the back.
