Bike light and bar bag

I'm off on a cycle tour shortly, and will definitely need to ride at night. I've toured before, and ridden at night before, but not at the same time. Now, I have to mount my Hope Vision 4 on the bars, and my Altura bar bag, but there isn't space on the bars for the Altura bracket and anything else.

I've thought of a bar extender for the light, but then it will foul the lid of the bar bag (hinged on the front so it opens upward and forward away from the rider)

Has anyone solved this problem ?

I've solved the problem by mounting my lights on the fork "low-riser" mounts, as I don't use these for front panniers even when touring.

Another alternative, if you have a long head tube is a fork crown mounting.
