Bike size

I plan on buying a Triban 5 and have been looking at the sizes. I am 5'9" tall and a 30" inside leg. the bikes come in 48,50,54,57 and 60cm sizes. Anyone any idea what one someone my height would be suited to?

54 at a guess - I'm 6' and my frame size is 58

That depends on how the size is calculated! For a horizontal top tube, you would want a 55 mm frame. As the Triban has a sloping top tube, you would want the 54 mm size IF THIS IS THE VIRTUAL and not the actual measurement! It is always best to try one out before ordering.

The Tribans are a little differently sized and seem smaller but with an odd stem. Ask for advice on the show us your triban thread or better still try for size in store.
