What 'everything' have the courts being doing to this man considering it took so long to arrest him? Seems a bit conflicting to me.

MacB said:seems he was given a heck of a lot of chances, if he's been stealing bikes for 5 years he could easily be responsible for several hundred thefts. Yet I feel sorry for the guy, he has a gambling addiction, he's now in prison, so chance of re-offending 99.999999%. I doubt he'll get the treatment required to help him, so he'll just escalate and cause more misery to others as well as himself.
