Bought my bike last year. Had the following problems.
1) Innertube installed twisted resulting in blow out on front wheel.
2) Rear brake pads installed wrong way round and not fully contacting the rim.
3) Steerer cut too short.
They had plenty of opportunity to spot the defects before delivery, checked by three different people. Bike was passed as 'Safe'
Their response was to remove 2 spacers from the stem, not fit a new fork with the correct length of steerer.
I won't be shopping there again.
