Western Australian teen rides bike home and makes breakfast after being bitten by shark
"Cameron Pearman ,13, was surfing with his cousin at Port Bouvard Beach near Mandurah when he was bitten by the approximately 2m-long shark around 6am (AWST) today.
He suffered minor puncture wounds to his leg in the attack.
He rode home around 2km and made his breakfast before being taken to hospital by his father.
“I had some raisin toast, it was good,” he said.
“Dad was home, he didn’t believe me when I casually said ‘I got bitten by a shark’.” "
