Ride the 'Downlands Black Hole' across the 'Up and Unders' of the quiet lanes between Newbury, Hungerford and Andover. There is no finer area to road ride as you charge down the hills and tackle the undulating climbs from Newbury, via Faccombe, Andover Rugby Club rest halt and thence looping back for the Sting in the Tail; an ascent climb and descent of Walbury Hill. beside Combe Gibbet. It's then an easy glide back to Newbury RFC where a Brazilian BBQ awaits....
