Blackburn Airstik Minipump - same as this one here Tiny little thing weighing next to nothing (59g) - will fit easily into a saddle bag or jersey and ideal for emergency use on the road. Claimed max pressure 160 psi, though like all mini pumps, I reckon you'd be doing well to get it up to that. 100psi+ should be achievable. Fits both presta and shraeder valves.
