Well, as the housing market is quite stagnant at the moment, your local estate agent might have been moonlighting on a fruit and veg stall, and threw in a 3 bed semi with 2 courgettes, a bag of spuds and a bunch of bananas?

If we end up buying this place, we'll have room to grow our own corguettes. So it's an economy in the long run, really.

My mate at work asked his wife to call in at the garage to replace a section of exhaust on his car whilst he slept after a nightshift. When he woke he asked his wife if the exhaust was sorted .....yes she said, you wouldnt believe the price of exhausts these days, i was disgusted so i just bought a new car instead....!
