Bloody cold today

Not so bad during the race (though my lungs hurt afterwards) but cold before and after.

Washed four bikes this afternoon. Bloody water froze on them as I was doing them. Muddy icicles hanging off them.

lol, i didnt have a race today sadly, last cross race next weekend, a cant wait, the course is having a continental twist, with a short comact circuit, sand pit hudles, and loads of up down switch backs

also 2 sets of stairs and were having electronic timing for this race, so we can get out lap times, splits etc
