This stuff is really nice; especially with large fresh prawns. However, do not rely on the snap down cap to stay in position when shaking the bottle . I am still trying to get the sauce out of my carpet, curtains, washing which was drying on a frame, a desk and paperwork which was on it, my right arm and right side of my face..............

I did something similar with a bottle of mayonnaise which I was 'centrifuging' to get the contents at the cap end. The contents described a perfect arc as they drew a line across the ceiling, curtains, two plates of food, one son's head, shoulder and torso, the table and carpet.

Much hilarity ensued.

I did the same thing when shaking a bottle of milk, which was pretty stupid because:

• I should have checked that the foil top hadn't been opened - it had been!
• It was skimmed milk, so there wasn't really any fat in the milk that needed mixing!
