Double check that you have the correct/up to date Graphics drivers installed. It's worth checking all the drivers actually but I've seen a few 1520's with graphic driver problems from new.

Assuming you have run all the system updates etc.

OK, cheers.
I do have a drivers disc but I wasn't sure which ones needed installing. I did try one at random and got a message that said he one already installed was more up to date and did I want to overwrite. I decided not to.

It did run a systems update during the installation but nowhere near as lengthy as the usual updates seem to take. It seems to think it has been updated.

I've only XP so Vista may be slightly different but ..........
I'd go System Properties -> Advanced -> Startup and Recovery Settings.
Untick the Automatic Restart box.
Now when it BSOD, it will stay in the blue screen and you will be able to see which driver probably caused the problem.
Write down the info and report back.

Luck ........ ^_^

OK, done that now.
Just have to wait.

Alternatively I could just install everything on the drivers disc!^_^
