Following Mickle's post in 'The Welcome Mat', where he mentions Rivendell Bicycle Works (and absolute time - munching site BTW) I saw this A. Homer Hilsen...must be the biggest 'conventional looking' bike I have seen!

All the bikes I saw in Mexico had a double top bar. They were cheap and cheerful. Why is that?
