Your right you don't know my experience.
As for
halfords, theres nothing to add about them.
It very easy to rubbish something to suit an argument, as you have proved by your comments about me.
I recognise many happy boardman bike owners. I also recognise that many people don't really understand what they are buying into, the quality of ride different models give or recognise whats best for them etc.
I strongly believe people are seduced by the cheap carbon frames on offer at the expensive of what would be more appropriate for them.
They are not rubbish, but Its my guess that for a majority of owners this is the most advanced bike they have owned, just don't think that you have necessarily got the best value for money. That's based on quality of ride, comfort and performance, quality of finish and build which will influence the wear and tear as well as performance and of course you have to consider the on going after sales service from a professional dealer.
You know what, its more important that people are out enjoying riding and while I may have a thing about people finding the right product to reach the right level of performance and fun,some people cant be helped.
