Anyone else using a board of some sort?
I usually windsurf during the week (far too breezy for my skill level when I had the opportunity this week).
Did manage an hour on a new to me paddleboard yesterday. First 'hard' board I've had, and the smallest volume. Hoping to get out and try some surf-sup next week.

Table tennis board.

Haven't played for a while, but love ping pong.

:okay:

I've just bought a kayak, but won't be using it for a few months yet. Sailboarding looks fun, but being the impatient bugger that I am I could see myself going all Basil Fawlty on the board ifnits don't become an expert immediately.

I've all ways wanted to do windsurfing, but I don't think my back is stronge enough.
I only bought a board and seriously started last year but had a revelation recently when I tried a harness. Hooked on to the boom and what amounted to hanging off a set of monkey bars with your arms disappeared with body weight doing the work. It made a massive difference to how the body felt the following morning!

It is all in the thighs, I sailed for years with a knackered back.

Done a bit of sailboarding back in the day, mostly when it was too rough for water-skiing.
We had use of a tandem board (two man, two sails), which would pull a kid on waterskis with enough wind

Did a lot of years sailing, sailboarding for about 4 years, buy only in the big winds on the lake. Had an F2 comet board, really quick in high winds.:okay:
