We do read cycling books, but we normally just pass them on rather than swapping them. If you wait for a particular book to be swapped for yours, it could take a long time.

Many of the books in circulation have been put into the CycleChat 'library' on the understanding that they will later be passed on on a 'first name out of the hat' basis.

I've got 2 which I will be offering as soon as I have finished reading them - the Bradley Wiggins and Laurent Fignon autobiographies.

For the sake of simplicity, it's usual for a book to be posted to you free of charge, and you pay the postage when you pass it on.

yeah i passed one on a couple of days ago one man and his bike was posted to "the loafer"

Fignon's AB is very good...i still cannot believe he is no longer alive....seems unbelievable.
