Bottom bracket for Tiagra

I need to change the bottom bracket on my work bike (a Dawes Century SE 2011). It has a Tiagra triple FC4503 chainset.
Can I use any of the shimano hollowtech II Bottom Brackets? Merlin are knocking em out quite cheap.
Ultegra 6700 for £14.95, seems a good upgrade.

Yup. The FC4503 uses an FC4500 BB, (see HERE), so any HTII BB will be compatible.

TBH you won't notice any difference with an Ultegra one, (except psychological perhaps), but for under £15 why not, I would

I noticed that. I've just ordered some koolstop brake pads, an Ultegra BB, new KMC 9 speed chain and because they were nearly 50% off, an Ultegra 9 speed cassette.

Just make sure you buy the road HT2. There is a slightly wider MTB version.
