It has the Octolink logo on it, so that's the type of bb you need.

I also think its what T3s have as standard so it may ne a straight swap. Although Im not sure the chainrings from the T3 will be interchangeable with it, or even if they are if it would be worth the fuss for 105 arms and the T3s chainrings.

Now if you can get 105 chainrings for 99p you`re laughing!

So 68 x 118.5 English I'm assuming?

Would I need a special octalink tool to fit it?

The crankarms say octalink and hollowtech.... could I fit a hollowtech bb?

No. That refers to the original "Hollowtech" feature, i.e. crank arms made hollow to save a little weight. Subsequently, presumably to confuse the customers enemy, they decided to call their oversized, outboard bb Hollowtech 2, which chainsets may or may not have hollow arms...

According to their techdoc your arms require a 118.5mm bb for a triple and 109.5mm for a double.
