Bottom Bracket

Pretty sure the bottom bracket on my Giant XTC 4.5 is knackered as its started to make a horrible noise. Can anyone recommend a replacement, had a look on Chain Reaction but there are lots to choose from!

What bottom bracket is it? Square tapered, Octalink or Cups?

A good question to which I dont know! The spec says its a TruVativ Power Spline if that helps

You will need to take your old bottom bracket out so you can measure the replacement size needed.
