It does say he wasn't at fault. Having said that, he's driving a Range Rover in Birmingham. That's got to be worth two years solitary.

People are only reading this coz they think a dog might have been injured.

What is the difference between dangerous and careless driving?
Surely putting your foot down, fast enough to break the speed limit, to get through a traffic light before it turns red is dangerous, careless sounds like it might be a slight lapse in concentration.

Would this be the same Amir Khan who caused an horrific crash in his high powered Mercedes a few years ago? I think in that incident if it is the same Amir Khan he was overtaking on the brow of a hill at well over 100mph and crashed head on into an oncoming car. I think some one died and another is now paralysed in a wheel chair. I think he served a term of imprisonment for that. So if it is the same Amir Khan he has form.

In the instant case of course no action will be taken against the driver as he hit a cyclist. Come on..........what do you expect cyclists are treated as 3rd class citizens ranking well below estate agents, bankers and MPs.

One of the Oasis guys punched a cyclist a few years ago as he thought he'd got in his way and believed he had scratched his car as he drove by him forcing him into the kerb . Don't look back in anger mate.

No.

He was doing 47mph in a 30 zone, on the wrong side of the road, broke a pedestrian's leg and was found not guilty of dangerous driving.

As I've already said.
