Brake blocks on caliper brakes.

Does anybody know if brake blocks on single-pull caliper brakes should be fitted so that they 'toe in' like they do on V-brakes?

I would only do this if they squealed a lot. Depending on the caliper, it may be necessary to bend the arms to achieve toe-in.
