Brake rubbing on one side

I've just replaced the pad cartidges on my centaur brakes, but now no matter what i do, the pad is gently pressing against the rib on the cable side (left). On the right, there is a 5 mm gap between rim and pad so plenty to play with.

There is a little 2mm allen screw that adjust the spring tension, however, tightening only increases the left hand side pushing against the rim, the opposite of what i intend.

Im sure this isnt what its meant to be like. Everything is fine on the front.

I stress to easily! Figured it out. For future record, i just had to under the bolt holding the brake to the frame, then retighten holding the brake in exactly the correct position.
