All good answers above - I'd just add be blooming careful when/if you start trying to do bar spins, they're harder than they look and a good way to eat pavement!

If you want to start learning tricks, might be best to start with some easier stuff, hopping off kerbs, wheelies, manuals/bunny hops... That should keep you busy for a while - after several years practice mine still need a lot of work 😆

So u are wrong....You can do that on any MTB
Not with gear cables as well. Not wrong. He will have a single speed

that's what ive been learning for the past month or so
