Here for rides.
it was still the 50's in the early 60's wasn't it?

I expect to see Andy in one of those flying bicycles quite soon, he's already got the fuselage.

Lovely.

People don't wear enough duffelcoats these days.

The music is hilarious, like a Carry On soundtrack.

I loved the pilot's outfit - I'm getting some of those wrinkly socks!

And the baggy shorts.

I also loved his highly ergonomic, scientifically designed warmup programme.

When you think that people do whole degrees in Sports Science these days, he's just hopping up and down on the spot in a cardigan to stop himself freezing!

We were having a silly conversation at work the other day, inspired by some unusual job applicant names, and came up by accident with the surname Dufflegoat. Double-barrel it with any surname, and it's an excellent comedy character name!

Nice to see in the film that one of the students was a girl. I wonder how many of a team that size would be girls today? Possibly only one, still!

Barnet,
I love all those 1950's/60's Pathe films. The lady at the end of this film had some glorious frames on her glasses.
