Broken spoke nearly upset my first 200mile wk

Since yesterdays post of not feeling happy about my performance Thur night/Friday morning, I have done 40m since then 10 last night 30 today and my performance is back where though it should be.
Got a broken spoke at about 20m today, even so managed several P.B's on strava.
