Broom wagon?

Hi, Just been looking at doing a sportive and I notice that they offer a "broom wagon". Is that someone that comes along at the end of the ride and sweeps fallen riders into the kerb?

That's right, and collects up the bikes for shipping to people who live in shanty towns overseas. It's all good, everyone is a winner.
