Brown or Red sauce on your fried egg sarnie?

Here's the recipe:

Per sarnie

1 egg
2 slices of bread
Butter for the bread
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry the egg, put it on one slice of buttered bread, salt and pepper, slap another slice of buttered bread on top. Stuff it in your cake hole.

Note: the buttered sides faces in.

Sunny side up?
Easy over?
Runny yolk? Hard yolk?
Break and spread the yolk?

however if its a triple fried egg chilli chutney sandwich i go without (but will prolly suffer a heart attack at some point)

No need for sauce, make sure the yolk is runny. Bacon, sausage, haggis rolls - brown sauce. Fish finger rolls - red.
