I'd increase road tax by say £100 a year, and give it to cyclists who can proove they dont own a car.

I'd increase tax on petrol to stoopid level and spend it on tax rebates on cycling gear...just send in reciepts and get a reduction via your tax code.

I would tax white vans at quadruple rate & I would change the law so white van doors are narrower so fat peeps cannot fit in and have to get a bike.

i'd let all commuting cyclists claim mileage, maintenance and clothing against tax. dead easy to administer and might tip a few waverers into getting onto their bike instead of into their car.
