As title says, I'm looking at two frames:

- Frame one

- Frame two

She's doing 15 mile rides on a BMX at the moment! So I want to get her a better bike which is more suitable.

Which would be cheaper to build? The 700c frame with 1" headset or the 26" with 1 1/8" aheadset?

If you have any other frame recommendations on websites at low prices shown above, feel free to link them. I'll also be scouting for parts on ebay.

Cheers.

Alex.

P.S - What do you ladies prefer to ride on, frame wise? the frame styles linked or male type frames?

Around 17" mate, but I have a seller at the moment who's got a mixte frame for cheap.

And I was just wondering if women prefer a certain style of frame.

As long as I breathe, I attack.
I have a hybrid frame 14" sloping tube but i think its more a 16" virtual along with mech hanger, seatpost and a stem, 1"
Also has a bottom bracket + 52/42 chainrings although the bb might be a bit long for the chainrings installed, dent on the top tube but does not look like its stuctural. Also has v brakes + front mech
Had the gears working smoothly enough till i stripped it for my MTB project
Takes 700 c wheels.
Selling on ebay currently for collection £10 the lot .

Problem is I don't drive and it's be a ride to Derby  I also don't get paid until the end of the month which is another bugger.
