Really need some bullhorn handlebars for a single speed project!

What size clamp are we talking? Will they fit standard stem?

Old pair of drops - flip them over, chop them (a plumber's pipe cutter works fine) - does the job

Don't have any pipe cutters...! Have seen some for £15 on eBay.
