I need a light that I can really see with, when cycling along county lanes with no street lighting.

Yes, I've got one. I bought one for my son and one for my partner too. They're excellent lights. Not as good as some of the fancy ones with battery packs but still very good light, last a long time on a full charge (and it's easy to carry a set of spare AA's) and are cheaper. They're good enough for unlit roads unless you want to travel flat out.
