cabke routing on tt brakes

just a quick question, i am fitting some tt brake levers to some bullhorns and am just wondering whether the cable routing is inside the bars or can you wrap it under the bar tape.

You want to avoid tight corners as far as poss and under the tape usually gives smoother runs. But it depends very much on the bar and the bike. Dummy run it both ways and see how it looks.
