While the mainstream craze has long since moved on from Sudoku I got hooked on these variants (the former involving some degree of basic maths) and years later I'm still a regular player.
If you're new the smaller, easier ones will give you a taste - while the larger ones can take quite a while to solve. I sometimes find the escape they provide in a logical, iterative process very cathartic 😊
