I'd like to seduce/mortify my woman by singing her a song (with acoustic guitar accompaniment) but I need some help identifying some chords/notes. Can anyone help? This is the song...

Can I offer some advice, without sounding unduly negative?

Don't.
Ha ha. I do understand what you're saying. However, I would like to know how to play it even for my own entertainment.

You mean guitar chords?
Sorry yes I did not read your post correctly the first time. I can work them out for you later if no one else beats me to it.

But it's a sexy ode to womanhood! Being honest, I know she'd be mortified to hear me sing any song to her, so it's for my own entertainment really.

After reading @London Female comment it is true, the fact you have taken to time to learn it would be a bonus and she should at least appreciate it.

I will have to have a think of a song i would like sung. Personally i am not sure i would but i will have a think all the same.

Song suggestions to make women swoon are always welcome  This particular song does have a hint of male longing and insecurity about it as well but.... she does have a wiggle! and I wanna be able to play it  The whole One Day I'm Going to Soar LP is great.

Gmin Gmin7 Cmin Gmin. And apart from a few different voicings that's it. The female line is an alternation between A and G so if you've got a flexible ickle finger you can mimic it, 2 chords to the bar (Gmin9 Gmin / Gmin9 Gmin7 / Cmin6 Cmin / Gmin9 Gmin)

If your voice can cope with it a tone higher (or if you detune your guitar by a tone), transposing it to Amin would be far easier to play because the B to A motif of the chorus can be played with the open B string alternating with an A on the G string.
Cheers again, that first one in Gmin(?) sounds spot on*. You have an expert ear! I'll try the Amin as well.

*or it will when I work on the arrangement/work out the best way to play the chords.

Hi
This is what I'm getting from listening to it. Fsus4 shares many of its notes with Gmin7, but the progression is definitely changing to an F chord to my ear. I've tried to indicate below the words on which the chords change. The Fsus4 resolves to an Fmaj after he stops singing the line. I quite like the tension it creates by holding off the change here. I don't read or write music, or even do tab, so I can't be more precise without playing it for you. I'd put a YouTube video up, but my toddler is asleep! Maybe tomorrow

Edit - the spacing of how I wrote out the chords is not coming out right. Change to Fsus4 on "makes", and change to Gmin on "likes"

Gmin Fsus4 Fmaj
She got a wiggle, she got a wiggle that makes me melt,
Cmin Gmin
the problem is that I don't know if she even likes me,

In the piano intro, the chords are the same, but you don't play Fsus4 - replace that with the Fmaj.

Those chords are relatively difficult to play (they're all barred), so as deptford says, you can change up to Amin. Alternatively, use a capo on the 3rd fret and my chords above become

Emin, Dsus4, Dmaj
Amin, Emin

While keeping the key the same.
