Calling Santander from overseas?

Does anyone know if this is charged at the same rate as any overseas phone call? More ?

From overseas you can call 44 1908 237963 but not sure of cost.

Even their big call centre in Milton Keynes in which a friend of my Daughter's works? Pretty sure I never had to show my passport or booka ferry ticket last time we went shopping there.

A penny per minute using Skype; comes out of your minutes on Three if you are roaming in the right country; 1.99 + minutes if you are on o2 in Europe; minutes only if on o2 in wifi using TuGo app etc etc
