Took a bit of a spill yesterday; buffoon that I am had my camera tucked away in a back pocket, which unfortunately took some of the impact ... and the bottom line, the liquid crystal viewing screen is now ... err liquid - well most probably.

Just wondered if knows/uses a robust camera case when they're out on the bike. Looking for something which will fit in the pocket of a cycle shirt. Realise nothing is going to be foolproof, but a bit more padding in the first place might've saved the camera. Any suggestions?

My daughter cracked the screen on her camera (probably packing it to come home). I contacted my house insurance company and they sent me a brand new camera 12 Mp instead of 10. All I had to pay was the £50 excess. I got to keep the old one, so I took it to Jessops and got it repaired for £65. So I ended up with a £200 camera for £115. :cold:
