Camp site books/Aps Europe

Does anyone know of Aps or books on camp sites in Europe. We prefer sites with few ameneties. A clean toilet and shower block is all we need.

think they tend to be more area specific than that, like Scandinavia, Baltic States, Balkans etc...
What areas are you after/going to?

I can recommend the book "Every Campsite in France" (around £14). I used it a lot on a recent 12 day tour to find as many Municipal campsites as possible. It's in French but you soon get used to the symbols etc.

Isn't there also series of free archies GPS downloads? I have no idea what the data difference is betseen these and the app.
