campag veloce brake pads

I will be needing to replace my brake pads on my ribble reasonably soon. At the moment the veloce brakes came with threaded pads, however, I'd like to change them for holders which I could just insert new pads into. I like kool stop dual pads, so which holder would work with this?

Would they take the Kool Stop campag pads though? These ones.

These are cartridge-type, so I see no reason why not (why I went for them).

What is the difference (if any) between Skeleton brakes and the old style calipers that they seem (according to Campag) to need different blocks?

I need new ones and am wondering if those fit or not.
